How to use the VLC and prepare Bio-Magnetic/Alkaline/VorMAG Water

1. Fill the VitaLife Cup with natural or sparkling water.
    (Room temperature water is best)

    * Drink 2-3 times a day before meals for 3-4 weeks
    *  After initial treatment, take a 1-2 month pause and repeat procedure.

2. Swirl in a steady clock-wise motion with hand or plastic/wooden spoon for 30-60 seconds.
3. Bio-magnetic water is ready for immediate consumption.
4. Handle the VLC with care. 
    Hand wash and air-dry only.
